DC Direct is the Collectables department of DC Comics and is responsible for bringing us some fantastic DC Comics Action Figures over the last 10 years. First introduced in 1998 DC Direct Action Figures quickly became very popular amongst Comic Book Hero collectors.
Originally the more obscure characters from DC Comics were released rather than the more popular characters, a move which I feel was a very srude one as many collectors already had numerous models of the more popular character, but with DC Direct concentrating on more unusual characters there was instant interest in the series of Action Figures.
With various box sets of DC Direct Action figures being popular the may stay of the Action Figure range has always been the figures on blister cards. Several hundred Action Figures are now available for you to try and collect. Many of these figures were originally only available in speciality comic book stores, but now are readily available online.
