The Line of DC Universe Action Figures is made by Mattel and currently is split into five separate Action Figure lines. The main line of DC Universe Action Figures is the Classics line of 6” Action Figures that cover the whole of the DC Comics character line. Four Horsemen Studios is the company responsible for sculpting this range of figures.
DC Universe Justice League Unlimited is a highly collectable line of figures often sold in packs of three. Originally introduced in 2003 the DC Universe Justice League Unlimited has become very popular with some models being released in very small quantities for example the Green Lantern Hal Jordan figure was limited to just 100 and the mould was promptly destroyed to keep the exclusivity.
DC Universe Infinite Heroes are another range of figures similar to the two I have previously mentioned with one notable difference their size, these Action Figures are just 3.5” in size. They also are less articulated than the other ranges, but are perfect for collecting due to their cheaper price. The DC Universe Infinite Heroes range only began in 2008 but is already over 100 figures strong!
Similar to the DC Universe Infinite Heroes is another rage of Action Figures, the DC Universe Fighting Figures although the range of special “vs” fighting figures was limited this line looks to be surpassed by others.
The Largest in the range of DC Universe Action Figures is the DC Universe Giants of Justice range. There are not many in the range yet, but they are nice 12” figures similar in size to Action Man.
Below you will see many links to the huge DC Universe range of figures, many of these are available for very reasonable prices so collecting them all in no “too “ hard, some though will fetch big money especially the rare short run figures, good luck in your collecting!
